Ren Covacich
Founder, Program Facilitator
Whilst working with adults in the disability sector, I’ve learned one important thing: independance is never about the destination. It’s about the process it takes to get there. The learnings (and mistakes) and ultimately the WINS - in whatever form they arrive in!
Backed by Peers®-based and industry experience working with adults to improve their independance, my aim is to create skills based programs that spark connection, build independence and bring joy.
In my spare time, you’ll find me hanging out with my two cats; Zap and Blossom or sipping on a coffee at the beach.
I believe everyone deserves to live with purpose, dignity—and a good dance playlist!

Program Support - Voluntary
I bring over 30 years of psychotherapy and education experience (yes, I’ve been around long enough to know a thing or two!). I’m here to help with the design and facilitation of group programs, ensuring they’re not just supportive, but also enjoyable experiences.
With a knack for group dynamics and best practice, I like to make sure things run smoothly whilst everyone’s resilience remains intact.
When I’m not assisting with group programs, you’ll find me nurturing words, plants and my cat Cashew – I’ve got a green thumb and a way with words, which I like to think helps me nurture both people and spaces.
