Founder & Program Facilitator

Ren (Cyren) Covacich is the founder of The Parallel Project and Be Well Be Me, creating neuro-affirming capacity-building programs that support autonomy, confidence and self-leadership for adults with disability.

Grounded in trauma-informed practice, her work focuses on accessible independence, meaningful connection and everyday life skills.

She designs structured, inclusive spaces where people are supported to grow in self-trust, capability and independence.

Volunteer - Group & Programs Assistant

Sharon Summers is a Volunteer Group Assistant with a Master's degree in Counselling and more than 30 years of experience in psychotherapy and therapeutic group facilitation.

Passionate about supporting personal growth and learning, Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and experience to Be Well Be Me. She provides mentorship, participant support and assistance with the smooth delivery of group programs, helping to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
