Payment - NDIS Claims
Due to the nature of their funding, Self managed attendees are generally required to pay in full, prior to the program start date.
Plan managed participants have two payment options:
Option 1: full upfront payment prior to program commencement
Option 2: payment is made in two equal installments (ie. 50% each time)
The first installment is required prior to program commencement. The final installment is required during the middle week of the program ie. week 3 of a 6 week program.
If payment is not received by the dates agreed to, attendence will be affected.
Be Well Be Me understand that NDIS funding allocations and our program payments may not always align perfectly for our attendees. However, in order for us to provide quality services, we must ensure that our business operations remain sustainable and well-managed.
Need an invoice?
If you're self-managed, we’re happy to send an invoice directly to you.
Alternatively, we can send one to your plan manager, if you’re plan-managed.
Just a quick heads-up:
Receiving an invoice from us doesn’t automatically secure your spot in a program. Your place will be confirmed once payment has been made.
Bringing a Companion
Attendees are welcome to bring a companion to program sessions; however, we kindly ask that companions sit outside the designated group area to ensure an optimal experience for all participants.
If you wish to bring a companion, please share the details with us before your program begins so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Accessibility Matters
Most of the community spaces we use are designed to be easily accessible.
If you have any specific access needs, just let us know.
Refund Policy
We understand life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel.
Usually, we ask for at least 7 days' written notice via email if you need to withdraw from one of our programs.
If something unexpected comes up, like a family or personal emergency and you can provide supporting evidence, we may be able to offer a shorter notice period.
Please note that any flexibility with this policy is at our discretion and based on individual circumstances.
Credit Note
If you need to cancel your attendance for a program, we may be able to offer the option to transfer your payment to a future program. Please feel free to reach out for assistance with this process.
Attendance & Wellbeing
We understand that sickness is sometimes unavoidable.
If you're unable to attend a session due to illness, please let us know 24 hours via your designated Whatsapp group before the session begins.
Due to the nature of our programs, sessions cannot be used at a later date.
Attendee Selection Process
To ensure a well-balanced and dynamic group, we follow the Social Stencil Small Group Program Protocol. This helps us create the best experience for all attendees. This includes:
reaching out to attendees, as well as key supports and providers, to discuss suitability and ensure the best mix of participants
