Independence is about creating meaning

Finding a safe, relaxed space to explore your independence whilst embracing new experiences is crucial.

For people who feel less socially confident, being in a small in-person group setting fosters a deeper sense of connection.

At Be Well Be Me, we use multiple learning approaches to encourage belonging. This also happens to be our bread and butter.

What we do
(and love doing)

Women interacting in garland making workshop

We offer a small group learning experience - social and communication focussed

Three women laughing together outdoors in warm lighting, one wearing a black hat and another wrapped in a blanket.

Combining craft, psychosocial and process-based art

A young woman and a boy sit at a table, working with clay. The woman is smiling happily, while the boy is focused on shaping his clay.

We champion personal process and feeling connected

Don’t worry about everyone else.

Be you.

We believe in the power of small things (including feline friends like Zap!) and the impact they can have on a person’s life over time.
