Explore our range of workshop intensives, designed to strengthen confidence and foster social independence
What We Offer
We offer small, in-person workshop experiences that are trauma-informed, slow sensory and neuro-affirming.
Our workshops are designed to assist adults with mild intellectual disabilities to connect, learn and thrive together.
Our workshop offerings include:
structured theory, peer discussion and process art within the framework of life skills based learning and capacity building
session materials, including a calm area for participants to decompress in
engaging promotional materials for your organisation to share with participants and staff (taking the guesswork out of marketing internally)
NDIS screened facilitator with public and personal indemnity insurance and basic first aid training
For participants who are not yet ready to transition into a workshop environment, 1 : 1 tuition is available.

In addition to our workshops, Be Well Be Me offers in-person workbook based tuition via Me Plus More to participants who prefer to engage with a personal tutor.

Our Focus
NDIS Aligned
Our workshops help participants connect, communicate, and grow their independence within the NDIS framework.
Group Size & Matching
Small groups (up to six people) are intentionally matched by age, ability and support needs to maximise learning outcomes.
Staff & Expertise
Led by an experienced NDIS support team lead (with group facilitation experience), our groups use the Social Stencil Small Group Planning protocol approach to build social skills effectively.
Progress Management
Skill development is enhanced through observation, participation and workshop feedback.
